Open Biomolecular Fluidics

Open-source tools for building biomolecular systems with microfluidics

We are a group of researchers (main contributors are Dr Marcus Fletcher and members of the Elani group at Imperial College London) working on developing systems of biomolecules which can replicate functions currently only exhibited by living systems. Here, we want to share our research approach, how we try to study systems of biomolecules, and share experimental tools we have made with the community. If you want to get involved in any project below, please get in touch: [email protected].

Our aim is to make it easier for the biological research community to access the basic engineering tools we have found most useful in our research. To this end, here we will share links to print files for microfluidic devices and discussions of how we integrate them into our research, and also links and tutorials to the software we find helpful for experimental control and analysis.
